FOOD:
Authentic ethnic food from around
the world is featured. Patrons are able to sample more than 50 varieties of
food
In order
to assure safe food, all food vendors are required to attend "Food
Handling 101: Serving the Public in Portage County" provided
by the Environmental Health Section of Portage County Health and Human Services
Department.
Food vendors are encouraged to participate in this
event not as a profit-making venture but as a mission to promote cultural
awareness
