The Portage County Cultural Festival Committee takes great pleasure in inviting you to participate in the Portage County Cultural Festival.  In this brochure, you’ll find information on application procedures, policies and our expectations of vendors.  We are constantly making improvements that will benefit the participants and ensure their safety and urge you to read carefully all parts of this brochure and to contact us with any questions. 
 
In order to assure safe food, all food vendors are required to attend "Food Handling 101:  Serving the Public in Portage County" provided by the Environmental Health Section of Portage County Health and Human Services Department.
